BPS runs on three purpose built apps: the Desktop Console for operations, the Guard Mobile app for the field, and the Camera Control Center for live camera monitoring. One platform, always on the same SITREP.
We use it to run BPS. Other security companies license it to run theirs. See Pricing for plans starting at $5 per operator.
The Desktop Console is the BPS operations hub. Supervisors and dispatch run every active detail, approve incoming personnel, handle scheduling, and review every incident from a single unified view, with dedicated workspaces for Guard services and Camera (Vision) operations.
Built for Mac and Windows. Runs offline tolerant so operators in low signal environments don't lose visibility.
The Guard app is what every BPS operator carries on shift, a fast tile launcher for clock-in, patrol, checkpoint scans, reports and messages, with a live on-post timer and a one hold SOS panic that streams GPS to dispatch.
iOS and Android. Works on personal devices, BPS-issued work phones, or shared post devices in Kiosk Mode.
The Control Center is the monitoring app for BPS camera-system clients, a live video wall with AI detection, instant alerts, playback, and 24/7 health monitoring that flags a camera the moment it drops offline.
Installed by a BPS rep, unlocked with your activation code. It's never a public download, it comes with your camera system and monitoring plan.
The same email and password works on the website, the Desktop Console, and the Guard Mobile app, sessions sync in real time. The Camera Control Center is unlocked separately with your activation code when a BPS rep installs your system.
Security pricing is never one-size-fits-all. Every BPS engagement is quoted from a private brief, then invoiced cleanly through whichever payment rail suits the client.
Standard digital invoice. Pay online in two clicks. Receipts auto-emailed.
For larger engagements, retainers, and corporate contracts.
Pre loaded balance drawn down per engagement. Monthly statements.
